Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, leadership coaching, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and advising leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance management, and situational leadership
• Partnering with leaders to develop and implement engagement and retention strategies
• Collaborating with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent
• Conducting employee relations investigations and supporting leave of absence matters, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence as needed
• Analyzing and reporting HR metrics, identifying trends, and supporting problem-solving efforts to improve business outcomes
