Key Responsibilities

HR Functions


  • Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, handling high-volume hiring needs efficiently.
  • Administer payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation, adhering to federal and state regulations.
  • Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks to reflect current laws and best practices.
  • Maintain HR records and employee data, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Lead employee training sessions and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


    Executive Administrative Support


    • Provide administrative assistance to leadership, including scheduling, calendar management, and preparing reports.
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
    • Manage special projects and process improvements assigned by leadership.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other executive support tasks.


      Qualifications


      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of HR experience with a strong background in payroll administration, employee relations, and HR operations.
      • Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring and onboarding efficiently.
      • Strong knowledge of HR laws, government compliance, and industry best practices.
      • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
      • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
      • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
      • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


        Preferred Qualifications


        • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus.
        • Experience providing executive-level administrative support.
