Job summary

Turn 14 Distribution is seeking an HR Generalist to support our Arlington Distribution Center onsite. The role will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include HRIS data integrity, payroll collaboration, worker's compensation, and unemployment processes, while partnering with leaders to develop talent and foster Turn 14 culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, sociology, business, or related field
• 1–2 years of HR experience
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus
• Experience supporting a distribution center or manufacturing facility preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Ceridian/Dayforce experience preferred
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, resume reviews, onsite interviews, background checks, and pre-employment testing
• Prepare and send offer letters, new hire documentation, and onboarding materials
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding tasks in the HRIS system
• Partner with warehouse leads and managers to develop leadership and employee development
• Support performance management, evaluations, and disciplinary processes
• Assist with employee relations matters and investigations with HR leadership
• Support benefits administration and payroll collaborations, including audits
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records in Ceridian/Dayforce
• Assist with workers' compensation claims and unemployment processes
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
