This position thrives in an operational environment, combining administrative excellence with strong interpersonal impact on employees on the floor. 3–5+ years of HR generalist experience and ADP proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual Spanish is an asset.
• Hands-on experience with ADP for payroll and HR administration.
• Experience with benefits administration and ACA reporting/compliance.
• Experience recruiting hourly workforce roles.
• Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with frontline employees and leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment (including time on the floor).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration for the distribution center.
• Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, documentation, records management).
• Maintain accurate employee data and reporting within ADP.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, policies, and internal procedures.
• Coordinate and process payroll inputs accurately and on time using ADP.
• Partner with payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Administer employee benefits programs (enrollment, changes, terminations).
• Lead hourly recruiting efforts for the distribution center.
• Act as a primary HR contact for employees on-site; provide policy guidance.
• Support a safe, inclusive workplace culture and OSHA compliance.
