Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to provide administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner team and help deliver a positive employee experience.

You will handle routine employee inquiries, support HR processes including Workday transactions, leave administration, onboarding and offboarding, unemployment claims, performance management, and maintain confidential employee records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business and 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and HR processes including Form I-9 and E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP team and respond to routine inquiries with timely info.
• Coordinate onboarding and complete I-9 and E-Verify.
• Maintain HR data changes in Workday and prepare routine reports.
• Monitor performance review schedules and assist with administration.
• Support termination and offboarding processes and exit data reporting.
• Assist with unemployment claims and employment verification.
