Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HRBP team and handle routine inquiries. You will assist with Workday transactions, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and employee records while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

In this role you’ll collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to ensure accurate data, timely responses, and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Background investigation required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies.
• Experience with HR processes and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• HR Help Desk and Employee Support for routine inquiries and escalation.
• New Hire Onboarding and I-9 / E-Verify administration.
• Data integrity: updates in Workday and HR trackers; routine reports.
• Performance management support and timelines.
• Workforce development: assist HR trainings and logistics.
• Employee exit and offboarding support and exit data analysis.
• Employment verifications coordination and vendor liaison.
