Job summary

Chicken-Ranch-Casino is seeking an HR Generalist to lead daily HR operations including hiring, onboarding, pay, benefits, and attendance tracking. You will collaborate with department managers to recruit qualified candidates and support policy enforcement and regulatory compliance.

The role requires maintaining HRIS data, coordinating performance management, training, and employee relations while communicating effectively with Team Members and leadership to drive engagement and fair practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; preferred Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• 2+ years of HR coordination/Generalist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations including hiring, onboarding, pay, benefits, and attendance tracking.
• Recruit, interview, and coordinate hires with department managers to match needs.
• Maintain HRIS data, enforce policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support performance management, training, and employee relations.
• Address inquiries from applicants and Team Members; escalate complex issues.
