Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator capacity.
• Working knowledge of federal employment law; multi-state experience a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with recruiting coordination and end-to-end hiring processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of discretion and sound judgment with sensitive employee information.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activity including job posting creation, application review, screening, and candidate communication.
• Own onboarding and new hire orientation processes from offer to first day.
• Serve as primary contact for employee questions related to HR policies and employment matters.
• Support benefits, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and ADA administration.
• Conduct workplace investigations and assist HR leadership on complex cases.
• Prepare standard HR reports and assist with HRIS implementation and maintenance.
• Develop and deliver training materials on policy, compliance, and performance management.
• Handle additional duties as assigned and travel as needed.
