Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon and Greater San Diego, based in Orange, California, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to guide employees through onboarding, benefits, and HR programs across multiple sites locally. You will own end-to-end onboarding, support HR initiatives, and partner with leadership to build a compliant, people-focused culture.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, strong communication, and experience with HRIS/ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator capacity.
• Working knowledge of federal employment law; multi-state experience a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with recruiting coordination and supporting end-to-end hiring processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: manage full-cycle recruiting, job postings, screening, and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to align requirements and interview processes.
• Own the ATS and provide guidance and training to hiring teams.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps including offer letters and background checks.
