Job summary

Kina`ole Service Center is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in San Antonio, TX to support daily HR operations and ensure accurate, timely execution of HR processes. Responsibilities include onboarding, inquiries, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws and company policies.

The role requires coordinating with leaders, maintaining files, and driving HR initiatives across the organization. A strong understanding of HR principles and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Onboard new hires using an automated HR Operating System (ADP).
• Respond to leadership and employee HR inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with leaders to align HR practices with business goals.
• Interpret policies for leadership and staff.
• Oversee employee performance reviews and compliance training.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic form.
