Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification preferred.
• 2–3 years HR experience; food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, posting jobs, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Attract, hire, and retain talent; manage the new-hire process and job descriptions.
• Maintain ATS, company careers site, and recruiting communications.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, wellness programs, and training.
• Ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
• Onboard new hires; conduct orientations and assist teams.
• Collaborate with payroll for adjustments and confidentiality.
