Capital Vacations is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Kissimmee HR team, handling onboarding, payroll support, and confidential employee records. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and a broad range of HR duties in a busy environment.

You will collaborate with managers, support new hires, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining professional standards. Travel to Florida sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Strong clerical skills including Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding HIPAA and personnel information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Establish personnel files and lead new hire orientations covering policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting during onboarding processes.
• Conduct workplace investigations; document findings and prepare reports.
• Maintain confidential employee records with high accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to employment information requests while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Review timecards and process payroll-related data for submission.
• Prepare and submit accident and injury reports.
• Data entry for personnel information, time clock assignments, and timesheets.
• Recommend HR processes to improve efficiency and clarity.
• Serve as primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees.
• Provide general administrative support across HR projects.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
