Job summary

You will own the end-to-end onboarding, administer HRIS records, and partner with managers to drive process improvements. California employment knowledge and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist role.
• Knowledge of federal employment law; multi-state experience a plus.
• Experience with recruiting coordination and end-to-end hiring.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work across all levels.
• Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office.
• Discretion with confidential information; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
• Support benefits, leave of absence, workers’ comp, and ADA administration.
• Provide day-to-day HR employee support and policy guidance.
• Conduct workplace investigations and assist HR leadership as needed.
• Maintain HRIS records and personnel files; assist with payroll reconciliation.
• Assist with HR projects, reporting, and training initiatives.
