Job summary

Evenflo Company, Inc. in Ohio is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full-cycle HR functions in a manufacturing environment, including recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding, and benefits administration.

You will administer FMLA and leave programs, ensure compliance with EEO/ADA, maintain HR records and headcount reporting, and support policy development, employee relations, and engagement initiatives through the Events Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is required.
• Minimum three years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PHR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Represent the company at career fairs and community events to support employer branding.
• Administer FMLA, disability and other leave programs; manage benefits enrollment and vendor communications.
• Maintain HR records, generate headcount, turnover, and attendance reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support policy development and consistent application of HR procedures.
• Participate in the Events Committee to promote employee engagement.
