Avenzo Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in San Diego to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance.

The role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and supports employee lifecycle activities across the company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR, strong knowledge of employment laws, experience with HRIS, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required (5+ years HR generalist experience).
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, administration, performance management, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities and interviewing coordination.
• Administer onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data maintenance.
• Partner with payroll on compensation changes and organizational updates.
• Administer benefits enrollments and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate compliance training and HR audits.
• Generate HR reports and workforce analytics.
