Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes including pre/post hire communications, background checks, I-9, and new-hire paperwork.
• Conduct employee offboarding activities and maintain personnel files.
• Perform periodic audits of employee records and ensure compliance.
• Distribute announcements for new hires and promotions; run routine reports and data analysis.
• Assist with benefits Open Enrollment and performance goal setting processes.
• Process invoices and administer the Tuition Reimbursement program; handle unemployment claims.
