Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new hires.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and hires.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and employment docs.
• Educate employees on policies, benefits, and workplace expectations.
• Audit I-9 forms and personnel records for accuracy and compliance.
