Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Denver branch with confidential HR operations and strong communication. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, maintain files, and coordinate with recruiting for new hires, while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

You will collaborate with leadership to share trends and help keep people processes running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• PHR or HR Certificate Program preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and ATS database required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate branch-level personnel changes through employee memos, including promotions, restructuring, and employee exits.
• Maintain employee personnel and medical files for the branch, including SharePoint entry and organized recordkeeping.
• Support onboarding and offboarding by conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews, then share critical information and trends with the HR Manager and General Manager(s).
• Partner with the corporate recruiting team to coordinate new hire paperwork and new hire orientations, and support local outreach efforts such as job fairs and onsite interviews.
• Serve as a local HRIS and compliance resource—supporting ADP Time and Attendance approvals, assisting with ADP Workforce Now training, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and employment laws.
