Job summary

Mexcor seeks a Human Resources Generalist for the NW Houston shared services team. The role focuses on onboarding, data integrity, compliance, and providing day-to-day HR support to leadership and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP, aPHR, or higher preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and new-hire experience.
• Maintain accurate employee data, personnel records, and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR audits and reviews to identify missing, expired, or incomplete documentation.
• Support the administration and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, employee communications, and other documentation as requested.
• Respond to routine employee and manager questions and escalate when needed.
• Protect confidential information and exercise discretion in HR matters.
