HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - HOOPESTON, IL

• Salary Range = $67k-$75k (dependent on experience)

Overview

The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive HR support across organizational functions. This position executes HR programs, policies, and procedures to foster a positive work environment and support achieving organizational objectives.

What You'll Do

• Assist with recruitment, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries about eligibility, enrollment, and claims.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
• Support HR initiatives and projects that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and promote a positive work culture.

What You'll Need
