TreeHouse Foods seeks an HR Manager for our Pecatonica, IL facility to lead HR initiatives, advise leadership, and ensure employment-law compliance across manufacturing operations.

The role emphasizes labor relations, staffing, onboarding, HRIS management (Workday), and driving employee engagement. Excellent problem solving and communication skills are essential; manufacturing plant experience and union environment knowledge are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• 5+ years of related HR experience
• Experience in a union environment
• Experience in a plant manufacturing environment preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead labor relations efforts, including contract interpretation and grievance resolution.
• Provide expert HR coaching to department managers and frontline leaders on attendance, discipline, and related matters.
• Drive staff recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for production sites; support HR programs and plant communications.
• Manage HRIS data integrity and conduct audits using Workday; address employee inquiries and investigations with confidentiality.
