Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking an organized HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations for over 800 employees across eight SBUs. You will manage onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll data entry, and records maintenance to ensure efficient lifecycle management.

The role emphasizes background checks, system integration (UKG), and proactive support for benefits, payroll, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in an HR administrative, operational, or generalist role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms is required, with UKG platform experience highly preferred. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
• Outstanding organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail. Proven ability to prioritize high-volume tasks and meet administrative deadlines without direct oversight.
• Clear, friendly, and professional written and verbal communication. Comfortable interacting with employees, local SBU managers, and third-party vendors.
• High level of professional integrity, maturity, and discretion when handling highly sensitive HR, benefit, and payroll records.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates and coordinate onboarding logistics.
• Coordinate transactional onboarding setups within UKG for new hires.
• Onboard logistics: distribute welcome swag, plaques, and business cards across all locations.
• Coordinate logistics for employee service badges, tenure awards, and team milestones.
• Handle internal SBU communications, including monthly birthday/tenure calendars and promotions.
