Job summary

Flow Control Group in the United States is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support HR across designated regions. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, policy adherence, and compliance under senior HR management.

You will administer the HRIS, maintain records, assist with onboarding, training, and M&A support, and help implement efficient HR processes across our brands while providing excellent service to employees.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• HR Certification with 2–5 years of experience in HR.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
• Self-starter with ability to juggle multiple projects at pace.
• Strong customer service mindset and a proactive, resourceful approach.
• Solid facilitation and communication skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administration, policies, documentation, and compliance.
• Handle employee relations and escalation to management as appropriate.
• Manage HR Support Ticketing System and monthly reports.
• Respond to verification of employment requests and onboarding (including E-Verify).
• Administer 30/60/90-day reviews and assist with performance appraisals.
• Maintain personnel files in line with Records Management policies and compliance.
• Support M&A integrations with onboarding, benefits, and communication plans.
• Assist with OSHA logs and safety training coordination.
• Lead onboarding, orientations, and exit interviews with data entry in HRIS.
