Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking an organized HR Generalist to support eight SBUs and over 800 employees across the employee lifecycle. You will handle daily administrative, transactional, and logistical HR workflows and ensure smooth operations.

Role involves onboarding, payroll support, benefits processing, and records management, with UKG experience highly preferred. On-site in the US, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms is required, with UKG platform experience highly preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR administrative, operational, or generalist role.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; discretion with sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Screening & Onboarding Logistics: initiate background checks and manage onboarding in UKG.
• System Integration: coordinate onboarding setups in the UKG platform.
• Onboarding Logistics: distribute welcome swag, plaques, and business cards across locations.
• Milestone Coordination: organize badges, tenure awards, and recognitions.
• HR Admin & Records: manage VOEs, document control, reports, and PARs.
