Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an HR Generalist for our Forest Park, GA facility on the first shift. This full-time role partners with employees and management to implement HR programs, policies and payroll support for hourly staff.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field and 2+ years of HR experience, with preferred experience in manufacturing and in a union environment. Proficiency with Workday or Dimensions UKG and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of related Human Resources experience required.
• Experience in a collective bargaining environment preferred.
• Manufacturing site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of visibility and interaction with all employees on all shifts.
• Performs full-cycle hourly recruiting and onboarding.
• Coordinates the introductory review process and monitors program effectiveness.
• Uses HRIS systems (Workday) for data entry and audits data integrity.
• Assists payroll administration for hourly staff.
• Tracks attendance, headcount, and recruitment activity; publishes weekly data.
• Audits timekeeping and manages time-off requests.
• Coordinates employee events and recognition activities.
• Addresses employee concerns and partners with site HR for resolutions.
• Supports frontline leaders in policy interpretation and application.
• Conducts workplace investigations.
