Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an HR Generalist for our Forest Park, GA facility. You will partner with employees and management to implement HR policies, programs, and procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of HR experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. On-site, first shift with potential shift flexibility; comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2+ years of HR experience required.
• Experience in a collective bargaining environment preferred.
• Experience using HRIS such as Workday and Dimensions UKG preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of visibility and interaction with all employees on all shifts.
• Performs full-cycle hourly recruiting, including postings, job fairs, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinates introductory review process and compliance measures.
• Utilizes HRIS (Workday) for data entry and conducts data integrity audits.
• Assists in payroll administration for temporary and hourly staff.
• Tracks attendance, headcount, and recruitment activity; publishes data weekly.
• Monitors timekeeping for schedules and time-off requests.
• Coordinates employee events and recognition activities.
• Addresses employee concerns and escalates with site HR as needed.
• Conducts workplace investigations and maintains confidentiality.
