Qualifications

• Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday and Dimensions UKG.

Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships with operations to drive results while ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Provide coaching to managers on HR matters including attendance, conflict resolution, and discipline.
• Lead labor relations, contract interpretation, and union collaboration.
• Build and maintain relationships with employees, ensuring confidentiality.
• Support HR programs, employee feedback forums, and plant communications.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
