On-site first shift with some flexibility; competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field and have 5+ years in HR, including union-related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in a collective bargaining environment.
• Experience in a plant manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and production to drive results while ensuring compliance.
• Advise leadership on HR strategies and policies.
• Lead labor relations, including contract interpretation and grievances.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Utilize HRIS systems and conduct data audits for integrity.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional handling of personnel matters.
