Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an HR Generalist for our Forest Park, GA facility. You will partner with employees and management to implement HR policies, programs, and procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of HR experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. On-site, first shift with potential shift flexibility; comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2+ years of HR experience required.
• Experience in a collective bargaining environment preferred.
• Experience using HRIS such as Workday and Dimensions UKG preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of visibility and interaction with all employees on all shifts.
• Performs full-cycle hourly recruiting, including postings, job fairs, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinates introductory review process and compliance measures.
• Utilizes HRIS (Workday) for data entry and conducts data integrity audits.
• Assists in payroll administration for temporary and hourly staff.
• Tracks attendance, headcount, and recruitment activity; publishes data weekly.
• Monitors timekeeping for schedules and time-off requests.
• Coordinates employee events and recognition activities.
• Addresses employee concerns and escalates with site HR as needed.
• Conducts workplace investigations and maintains confidentiality.

This role will work closely with employees and management to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.You will add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Maintains a high level of visibility, accessibility, and interaction with all employees on all shifts.Performs full-cycle hourly recruiting, including drafting job postings, coordinating job fairs, conducting interviews and background checks, generating offer letters, and assisting employee orientation.Coordinates the introductory review process, measuring the compliance and effectiveness of the program.Utilize our HRIS, Workday, for data entry and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.Assists in weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll administration for temporary, and hourly staff.Tracks employee attendance, headcount, and recruitment activity, publishing the data on a weekly basis.Monitors and audits the timekeeping system to ensure accuracy of schedules as well as Time off Requests.Coordinates employee events and recognition activities.Listens to and addresses employee concerns, using excellent judgment in escalating issues and partnering with site HR to identify resolutions.Assists frontline leaders in the consistent interpretation and application of policies and practices.Conducts workplace investigations.Ensures a high level of integrity is maintained and that personnel matters are handled in a professional, consistent, and confidential manner.Important Details:This is a full-time, on-site role on first shift. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts.The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $64,000.00 - 96,000.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs.
