Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Marietta, GA is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions at our manufacturing facility. You will partner with operations, guide labor relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a trusted advisor to managers and frontline teams.

This onsite, first-shift role requires a Bachelor's in HR, 5+ years of HR experience, and experience with collective bargaining. Proficiency in Workday or UKG Dimensions and MS Office is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in a collective bargaining environment.
• Manufacturing/plant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives and advise leadership on HR strategies.
• Oversee labor relations, contract interpretation, and union interactions.
• Partner with operations to drive business results while ensuring compliance.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Utilize Workday for data entry and audits to ensure data integrity.
• Protect confidentiality and handle personnel matters professionally.
