Job summary

Trans Ash, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support the corporate office and multiple remote locations. You will drive recruiting, onboarding, records management, reporting, and compliance while partnering with the HR director.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support company strategy and employee relations. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required (a 2 or 4 yr. degree in a related field is preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• HRIS experience (Experience with Vista, Keystyle, or Arcoro is a plus).
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proven ability to be a flexible and dependable team player.
• Effective in both verbal and written communication.
• Payroll experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the pre-hiring, hiring, orientation, and onboarding processes for compliance.
• Assists with recruitment tasks such as job postings, reviewing applications, or screening.
• Maintains employee and applicant documentation compliant with internal and external requirements.
• Ensures compliance with I-9 Verification, periodically conducting audits and training managers.
• Manages and monitors compliance to the Drug-Free Workplace standards established by the company and in compliance to the customer guidelines.
• Ensure proper maintenance of electronic and paper employee personnel records and files.
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
• MVR compliance
• Sourcing career fairs in all applicable states
