Hayes Company LLC is seeking an HR Generalist based in Concord, NC to partner with site leaders and manage HR functions across multiple warehouses. You will travel regularly to East Point, GA, La Vergne, TN, and Richmond, VA to support staffing, relations, and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in HR generalist roles, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong change-management skills. You will ensure payroll data accuracy and drive employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR generalist or similar role; warehousing/logistics experience preferred.
• Proven change-management experience across multiple sites and strong HRIS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multi-site leadership to guide employee relations and policy adherence.
• Lead change-management initiatives to support rapid organizational growth.
• Manage HR operations across multiple sites with prioritization of critical projects.
• Facilitate investigations, onboarding, and payroll data accuracy across sites.
• Maintain accurate HR records and respond to pay-related inquiries promptly.
• Provide HR solutions for high-volume staffing, engagement, retention, and performance.
