Job summary

Care Advantage is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate HR team. You will help ensure compliance, support employees, and foster a positive workplace experience across our growing organization.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of employment law, leave administration, and HR compliance. Occasional travel to company locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, leave administration, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation programs and claims administration.
• Administer FMLA, disability, leave-of-absence, and accommodation programs.
• Coordinate unemployment claims and represent the company in hearings when needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Manage HR compliance reporting, including EEO-1 and required workplace postings.
• Support employee wellness and workplace safety initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and recommend process improvements.
