Job summary

Locus Fermentation Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to provide full lifecycle HR support across multiple sites, based in Solon, OH. You will handle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance while partnering with leadership to strengthen culture.

The role requires 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience, strong HRIS proficiency (ADP preferred), and a willingness to travel 10–15%. A Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience, preferably multi-state.
• Broad exposure to all HR pillars: ER, recruiting, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business; HR certification a plus; travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, postings, screenings, scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data integrity, and reporting.
• Support employee relations investigations, documentation, coaching, and resolution.
• Support performance reviews, training coordination, and development programs.
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and market benchmarking.
