Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an HR Partner to provide comprehensive on-site HR support for designated manufacturing facilities in Sidney, OH. You will collaborate with leadership to drive employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, and workforce analytics while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, employee relations, compliance, and analytical skills.
• Experience with HRIS and HR reporting.
• Intermediate Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, IF statements.
• Experience creating HR reports and dashboards; Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Willingness to travel between facilities.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to identify workforce needs and improve hiring outcomes.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leaders.
• Assist with HRIS, payroll, LMS, and employee self-service tools.
• Maintain attendance, workforce, and employee records with data accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze turnover, retention, attendance, staffing levels, and engagement trends.
• Conduct or support HR system audits and data integrity checks.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Support performance management processes for leaders.
• Advise employees on leave processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Provide support for multiple locations and travel as needed.
• Build partnerships with leaders and employees across sites.
• Travel regularly to facilities to support business and workforce needs.
• Ensure consistent processes and employee experience across locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
