Parts Authority is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations and policy execution. The role covers the Mid Western region and involves advising management, handling compliance, and promoting health and well-being programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience or 5–7 years combined experience and education in HR
• MUST have 3–5 years of employee relations experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with HRMS/HRIS and ATS programs is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; works well in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and clarification on policies and questions on HR matters
• Assist location managers with day-to-day HR policy implementation
• Advise management on employee relations, payroll, benefits, performance, and compliance
• Promote HR programs related to health, training, and well-being
• Partner with location managers to identify, interview, hire, and retain talent
• Analyze policies and procedures; recommend improvements
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring legislation and advising management
• Improve performance by identifying problems and coaching
• Collaborate with HR team on projects
• Plan and execute additional assignments and special projects
