Job summary

Ingersoll Machine Tools in Rockford, IL, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to drive recruiting, onboarding, safety compliance, and lifecycle HR activities within a manufacturing setting.

You will partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, ensure standardized HR processes, and manage HRIS data (SuccessFactors) and LMS platforms to support continuous improvement and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to lead HR processes and oversee operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
