Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a Generalist/Partner role
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and performance management
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and policy interpretation
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting and liaison with staffing partners
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation
• Partner with managers on employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions
• Support HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Assist with performance management and coaching on HR processes
• Coordinate training and employee development activities
• Prepare HR documents, reports, letters, and records
• Maintain confidential employee records
• Support benefits administration and other HR initiatives
