The Judge Group is seeking an HR Generalist for a plant in the Platte Center, NE area. Local candidates only; sponsorship is not offered. The role requires hands-on payroll, benefits, and general HR support experience, with Workday familiarity.

Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment support, onboarding, and maintaining records. Prior manufacturing HR experience is preferred, with a strong compliance focus and attention to detail in documentation.

Qualificações

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience administering payroll and other HR programs.
• HR experience in manufacturing industry.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain employee and applicant documentation per governing agencies.
• Manage and track all employee disciplinary actions.
• Assist with recruitment tasks (review applications, conduct interviews).
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Handle employee relations responsibilities.
• Weekly payroll processing through ADP/Workday.
• Maintain employee databases and personnel files.
• Ensure compliance with I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
