Responsibilities

• Carry out HR policies and programs across employment, compensation, training, and benefits.
• Oversee HR operations for 500+ employees.
• Manage 15+ Employee Relations cases monthly.
• Communicate and interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Coach managers and employees on performance, terminations, harassment, and discrimination.
• Coordinate employee activities and programs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Assist in job analysis and creating job descriptions for non-benchmark roles.
• Educate employees about benefits and coordinate open enrollment.
