Job summary

Jennmar is seeking a Human Resources Generalist I to serve as the HR point of contact for multiple facilities in Kentucky. You will administer HR programs, payroll processing, benefits, records, and policy implementation while partnering with corporate HR and plant leadership for compliant, customer-focused service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, plus 3+ years HR experience and strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now. SHRM-CP/PHR or equivalent is preferred.
