Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist in Louisville, KY, to manage high-volume HR workflows, maintain precise personnel records, and coordinate onboarding with managers and vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR/Business (or equivalent), 2–5 years HR experience, and knowledge of payroll/compliance. Open to comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary. This is a full-time position with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience
• Preferred SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, onboarding and compliance

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Source, screen, interview, and lead orientation for hourly and salaried roles.
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serve as primary contact for concerns, investigations, and PIPs.
• Compliance & Multi-State Labor Laws: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and Kentucky standards.
• Benefits & Payroll Administration Support: Coordinate open enrollment and assist with timekeeping data.
• HRIS & Data Maintenance: Update records in HRIS and generate reports on headcount and turnover.
