Job summary

Hyosung HICO, Ltd. in Memphis, TN, is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions in a manufacturing environment.

You will focus on employee relations, policy administration, attendance, corrective action, benefits, leave programs, HRIS, reporting, and compliance in line with company policy and applicable law. The role requires collaboration with supervisors and management across shifts, managing open enrollment, and maintaining confidential employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field; 3+ years progressive HR experience
• Experience supporting a manufacturing workforce and multi-shift environments preferred
• Advanced experience in employee relations, attendance administration, and policy interpretation
• Experience administering benefits, annual Open Enrollment, and wellness initiatives
• Advanced experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, and other leave programs
• Experience using HRIS, reporting tools, and maintaining data integrity

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations related to employee relations matters and provide recommendations for resolution
• Work with supervisors to ensure policy compliance, attendance management, and corrective actions
• Counsel employees and managers on employee relations, policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
• Serve as liaison to maintain positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and workers’ compensation
• Manage benefit plans and annual Open Enrollment, including education and enrollment activities
• Maintain confidential employee records and HRIS data integrity
• Support HR staff and promote adherence to quality, safety and environmental policies
