Job summary

MPD INTEGRATION LLC in Wisconsin seeks an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will act as a primary contact for employees and managers, handling recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and HR records.

The role also covers payroll coordination, data reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes, with travel to the Dane location as needed. Strong communication and bilingual skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in human resources, HR administration, or a related role in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with payroll coordination, benefits, and HR data handling.
• Knowledge of HR practices, confidentiality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and talent acquisition support, candidate screening and scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and system setup.
• Handle employee relations, policies, and workplace concerns.
• Assist benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and data updates.
• Support HR compliance, reporting, audits, and analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Provide administrative support and travel coordination between MPD locations.
