Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an HR Generalist (Manufacturing) in Muncie, Indiana. The role covers high‑volume local and international recruitment, employee relations, investigations, and workforce support in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing setting.

You will also handle international employee transitions and gain exposure to payroll administration. This is a hands‑on position with structured training and clear development within a growing global business.

Qualifications

• HR experience within manufacturing, distribution, or similar (blue‑collar / hourly workforce exposure).
• Non‑union workforce experience essential (union exposure highly advantageous).
• Workday / SAP / similar HR systems experience and strong communication/organization.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is highly advantageous (not essential).
