Job summary

Price Industries is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations at the Crestridge Plant in Suwanee, GA. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, and policy enforcement on site.

In this role, you’ll own LOA and FMLA processes, maintain the Training Matrix, track attendance, and collaborate with managers to foster a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing HR experience.
• Proficiency with PayCom HRIS.
• Solid knowledge of labor relations and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding at the Crestridge Plant.
• Employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, and policy enforcement.
• LOA and FMLA administration; attendance tracking.
• Training matrix maintenance; temp and full-time training.
• Respond to employee inquiries; interact with managers.
• Assist payroll with benefits data and gym subsidy administration.
