Warren Equipment Company is seeking an HR Generalist to administer key HR functions, including Leave of Absence programs, new hire onboarding, and unemployment processes. The role supports all HR activities with a focus on improving internal customer experience and driving HR initiatives.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with strong problem-solving and interpretation skills; PHR or SPHR is preferred. This position is on-site and requires travel readiness as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written or oral instructions.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.

Aufgaben

• Administer Leave of Absence programs including FMLA, ADA, Military, Medical and Personal Leave.
• Evaluate and coordinate return to work processes.
• Manage and oversee Parental Leave and time off for employees.
• Handle unemployment claims and appeals; gather documentation and represent the company as needed.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster company goals.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and programs.
• Counsel employees on benefits programs such as life, health, dental, disability, pension, vacation and leave.
• Partner with HR management to improve processes and internal customer experience.
• Lead or contribute to HR initiatives and special projects.
• Other duties may be assigned.
