Qualificações

• 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle employee relations and recruitment duties daily.
• Counsel employees and resolve work-related conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA and related laws.
• Assist in coordinating staffing and production staffing.
• Assist in employee communications and training.
