Benchmark is seeking an HR Generalist to manage daily human resources activities, including employee relations and recruitment. You will support leadership in policy compliance, advise on employee issues, and help ensure we meet federal/state regulations.

The role requires a 4-year degree in HR or related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams. On-site at our Minnesota location with potential travel to Benchmark locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to Benchmark locations as needed

Responsabilités

• Handle daily Human Resource functions including employee relations and recruitment
• Support leadership in policy compliance and legal obligations
• Counsel and advise on employee issues and policy interpretations
• Assist in HRIS processes and employee communications
• Develop department goals and HR systems
• Monitor and support compliance with federal/state regulations (FMLA, ADA, harassment investigations)
• Coordinate and participate in new employee orientations and trainings
• Support production staffing coordination and on-site organization
• Assist in maintenance of Affirmative Action Plan and related programs
• Provide editor support for regular employee communications
