HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, seeks an HR Generalist II for the Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center in Bentonville, AR. You will drive recruitment, performance management, onboarding and employee engagement, partnering with site leadership to shape workforce planning and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements include a 2–4 year HR generalist background, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to interact across all levels of staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of human resources generalist experience with at least two years in employee relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite leadership by driving recruitment initiatives, performance management, and HR partnership activities.
• Source and select top talent; build relationships with local universities and associations.
• Assist with onboarding, manager training, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with leaders to create a high-performing workplace culture and staffing structure.
